Plot twist, it’s actually great!
Honestly hesitant before coming here, I found a surprisingly cozy gem for the price. Sure, it’s not perfect, needing a bit of TLC, but the comfy bed and convenient bus access to town made my stay worthwhile. The communication was seamless, and I enjoyed an unexpectedly peaceful night's rest, despite surrounding eccentricity!

It was just a good match for a weekend breather in Manchester with very good value for money. The shower itself was really nice and refreshing after a long day. Consider bringing your own snacks, as there aren't many dining options nearby.

Not worth the price
This place was cheap but honestly, it wasn't even worth it. The man said we got an upgrade, but the room was dirty and freezing! Plus, there was no toilet door and the shower was gross. I felt really uneasy knowing he had the code and there was no lock. At least it was close to the city.

The room was basic, no TV but had a fridge and microwave, which was great for saving money on meals. The bed was surprisingly comfy, and everything was clean. there was no lock on the inside, which felt a bit sketchy. The shared bathroom was fine, but I could see how it might not work for everyone.

Good Value for a Budget Stay
I was pleasantly surprised by the overall comfort of my stay, given the affordable rates. Despite some minor cleanliness issues, the room was equipped with a kettle and a microwave, which made my visits more convenient. The frequent bus service nearby made it easy to explore Manchester without spending much on transport. A suggestion for improvement would be enhancing the deep cleaning of the rooms.

I was really surprised by how comfy the bed was and the all-white linens were super clean during my stay. The hotel also had a nice little lounge area for hanging out and a lovely garden to relax in. The only downside was that the place could use a little freshening up, but for the price, it was a good deal! 😊

Comfortable Stay with Minor Drawbacks
The double room we stayed in was cozy and met our basic needs. We enjoyed the nearby dining options and appreciated the microwave for late-night snacks. be prepared for noisy road traffic and steep stairs if you bring older guests. A little advance planning can enhance your experience.

the regency guesthouse manchester north was budget-friendly for our stay. it’s close to a shopping mall that has fast food outlets, which was super convenient. we appreciated the upgrade to a room with an en-suite, although the cleanliness was lacking. also, we found the manual check-in process friendly.
the room felt unclean and there was no toilet door, which was odd.

Not what we expected
So we were looking for a cozy spot, but this place was kinda disappointing. There was mold on the curtains and stinky microwave, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Plus, the water dripped from our sunroof—like seriously? At least we got a late-night snack from the diner nearby, that was decent. Just wish we had more towels or even a proper pillow.
